The challenge
The goal was to build a competitive national education leadership program from the ground up, one that could win at the highest level while developing the next generation of educators. That took curriculum, coaching frameworks and performance supports that lifted student capabilities to national level.
What I did
- Directed the competitive educational leadership initiative.
- Combined curriculum architecture, performance coaching and leadership development frameworks.
- Produced measurable, award-winning outcomes for student educators.
